There are Christians who say that we should avoid politics. But our Creator is God of all, or He is not God at all—including civil government. There is an undeniable overlap between government and religion, and Christians are responsible to effect biblical truth in society.

A Call of Christian Conscience: "We pledge to each other, and to our fellow believers, that no power on earth, be it cultural or political, will intimidate us into silence or acquiescence. It is our duty to proclaim the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in its fullness, both in season and out of season. May God help us not to fail in that duty."

We encourage you to read, sign and pass along the Manhattan Declaration. Read more about taking a principled stand on the sanctity of life, on marriage as defined as between one man and one woman as well as a pledge to uphold the preservation of religious liberty.....

Christians should care about politics because, ultimately, we care about people. Government has an increasingly large influence on the lives of people, thus we cannot ignore politics. Many today believe that socialism is good. But here are Ten Reasons that debunk the socialism-is-compassionate myth...

Is or WAS America a Christian Nation?

President Obama says America is NOT a Christian nation. Was it ever? Are there biblical prinicples for America's laws?

Supreme Court Justice David Josiah Brewer made the following statement in the 1892 Decision of Holy Trinity Church vs. U.S.: "These and many other matters which might be noticed, add a volume of unofficial declarations to the mass of organic utterances that this is a Christian nation." [emphasis added]

And listen to Rep. Randy Forbes from Virginia ask the question, "Did America ever consider itself a Judeo-Christian nation?
